Warm professional welcome at the reception by the gentleman staff member who was doing evening shift 2/3 at the front reception area and the lady at the dinning room front desk serving dinner . Apologies that I could not take their names .

The Oaks Broome is a nice welcoming place to stay .||Comfy rooms , great pool and friendly staff . ||Special mention to May , always with a smile on her face , attentive , organised and giving great customer service in the restaurant. ||I stayed with my group of 30 seniors and our every need was taken care of .

My wife and I visited Broome and stayed at the Oaks Broome Hotel from the 25th to 29th January 2026 at the tail end of cyclone Luana. The staff were outstanding in service, patience and kindness. From the very first day, staff including Reinhard and Tshireng were helpful, even in ensuring we had an umbrella to walk in the rain. In addition pointing out to us which Cafes/ shops would be open at particular times and where to go was really important to us. Candice and others at the restaurant provided service with care. I am appreciative of Candice and the cook for preparing something simple off the menu when I was feeling under the weather one day. All in all a great experience mostly due to the staff being so service oriented. Keep it up guys.

Greeted warmly by staff and phone call to say room was ready for check in slightly early. Food in restaurant was great as was the breakfast. Very helpful staff and beautiful swimming pools . A 2( minute walk in to town.

A little WA staycay … this hotel is so convenient and is walking distance to jetty and town. Rooms and apartment well appointed, facilities including two pools are lovely. Great parking and topped off by lovely, helpful and caring team. Thanks Kate and all the housekeeping staff who were friendly and helpful at all times

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment, very spacious. Loved the 2 beautiful pools. A great location, walking distance to restaurants. Highly recommend Papa Fuego and Stk. A visit to the Museum also a must. A bus stop-6 just out the front.

We visited Oaks Hotel Broome for breakfast, and the service we received was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, May welcomed us with a warm smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. Dilan was friendly, courteous, attentive, and always happy to help. Their professionalism and positive attitude created such a wonderful dining experience, and it was clear that they both genuinely care about their guests. Excellent customer service like theirs is hard to find, and they both deserve to be recognised for the fantastic job they do. Dilan also made one of the best cappuccinos I’ve ever had! Thank you both for making our breakfast so enjoyable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Oaks Hotel Broome to anyone looking for a delicious breakfast with exceptional service.
